The Fleet

Hundreds of small boats,
two home ports to choose from.

You pick the coast and the week. We give you a boat that suits it — some from the seventies, some newer builds to the old lines, all under ten meters, all cared for by the club.

The Western Mediterranean

Balearics · Corsica · Sardinia · Côte d'Azur

Warm water and sandy anchorages, empty coves on the south side of Menorca, long dinners ashore in Bonifacio. A gentle rhythm and the sort of weather you can plan a week around.

Corfu home port

May – October · peak Jun – Sep

The Aegean & Adriatic

Ionian · Cyclades · Dodecanese · Croatian coast

Pale water and old ports, meltemi mornings in the Cyclades, quiet evenings at anchor off a Dalmatian headland. A little more wind, a little more history, and a longer table at supper.

A Weekend, Hour by Hour

What actually happens
between Friday and Monday.

Every trip is a little different, but the shape of a weekend is roughly this — a schedule less by the clock than by the wind and where you feel like stopping.

In practice most of the plan gets rewritten by the weather or by a swimming stop that everyone wants to extend.

  1. Fri · 15:00

You arrive at the harbor. Bags aboard, quick tour, tea in the cockpit. The skipper walks you through the boat, the tender, the anchorage plan for the night.

  2. Fri · 18:00

Slip lines. Two or three hours out — enough to feel the boat and drop the hook somewhere quiet for supper. First meal aboard is the skipper's, usually.

  3. Sat

The longest sailing day of the trip. Passage of three to five hours, lunch on the way, an anchorage by mid-afternoon that gives the rest of the day to swim and read.

  4. Sun

Weather-following. Sometimes another passage, sometimes stay put. Lunch ashore in a village if the anchorage has one.

  5. Mon · 10:00

Alongside back at the home port for a late breakfast. Bags off by lunchtime.
